Warranty Policy:

Enovis, trading as DJO Global Pty Ltd ("The Company") will warrant all goods in line with the Manufacturer’s Warranty, provided the goods have been used in accordance with the user instructions. Warranties cover parts and materials used in the manufacture of the product. Warranties will not apply to defects resulting from improper use, operator error, use outside of manufacturer’s specifications and the limits of products intended use. Maintenance and cleaning instructions must be followed to ensure warranties remain valid. Please contact the Service & Repairs Team for Warranty details on goods in our range not listed below. If the purchaser has identified the product is faulty within the warranty period, they must notify Service & Repairs Team immediately with details of the fault and Invoice details. Enovis cannot provide warranty on goods without Invoice details.

Warranty Period:

The warranty period commences on the date of shipment. Enovis’ obligation for this Limited Warranty is to repair or replace a defective product at no charge to the customer, or to credit customer’s account for the purchase price paid for the defective product, at Enovis’ discretion, which is customer’s exclusive remedy.

To obtain service from Enovis or the selling dealer under this warranty:

A written claim must be made within the warranty period to the Company or the selling dealer.

Written claims made to the Company should be sent to Enovis service and repairs.

Warranty Clause:

  • Warranty periods start from date of original purchase
  • Warranty periods start over when replacement product shipped
  • Normal wear and tear during usage of product not considered a defect

All warranties are subject to the IFU, any amendments automatically update the warranty and supersedes any marketing material

Warranty Exclusions:

Replacement parts or labour furnished by anyone other than the Company, the selling dealer or a Company service technician

Defects or damage caused by labour furnished by someone other than Company, the selling dealer or a Company service technician

Any malfunction or failure in the Product caused by product misuse, including, but not limited to, the failure to provide reasonable and required maintenance or any use that is inconsistent with the Product User’s Manual

THE COMPANY SHALL NOT BE LIABLE IN ANY EVENT FOR INCIDENTAL OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES.

The Company does not authorize any person or representative to create for it any other obligation or liability in connection with the sale of the Product.

Any representative or agreement not contained in the warranty shall be void and of no effect.

THE FOREGOING WARRANTY IS IN LIEU OF ALL OTHER WARRANTIES, EXPRESSED OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING ANY WARRANTY OF MERCHANTABILITY OR FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE.

This limited warranty does not apply if the defective product (i) is subject to abuse, neglect, misuse or accident, (ii) has not been used in accordance with written instructions for use, (iii) was not purchased from Enovis or an authorized dealer, (iv) was modified from its original configuration or repaired or altered by anyone other than Enovis or a person authorized by Enovis.

ENOVIS HEREBY DISCLAIMS ANY OTHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED WARRANTIES NOT SET FORTH IN THE FOREGOING LIMITED WARRANTY, INCLUDING, BUT NOT LIMITED TO THE IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY OR FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE.

Product Warranties

Enovis Technical Devices:

Chattanooga LightForce:

  • Lightforce Therapy Laser, FXi 15W (SYS-000829-000-00) This warranty is comprehensive, covering 2 years for the main device, optic cable, attachments, and battery.
  • Lightforce Therapy Laser, FXi 25W (SYS-000837-000-00) This is a comprehensive 2 years warranty that covers the main device, optic cable, and attachments.
  • Lightforce Therapy Laser, FXi 40W (SYS-000656-000-00) This is a comprehensive 2 years warranty that covers the main device, optic cable, and attachments

Chattanooga RPW’s (RPW2, MRPW2, Clinical RPW, RPW lite*):

  • RPW2 (2174KIT) and Clinical RPW (2074) devices. This warranty shall remain in effect for 3 years from the date of original consumer purchase.
  • The warranty for the Chattanooga Falcon (18080) handpiece is 2 years or 3 million shocks, whichever occurs first.
  • The warranty for the shock transmitters is 1 year or one million shocks, whichever occurs first
  • MRPW2 (2910) device. This warranty shall remain in effect for 2 years from the date of original consumer purchase.
  • The warranty for the Chattanooga D-Actor (32000) handpiece is 2 years or 3 million shocks, whichever occurs first.
  • The warranty for the shock transmitters is 1 year or 1 million shocks, whichever occurs first.
  • *RPW Lite (30680-230Vmain unit - 2 years or 20 million shocks, whichever occurs first / Sparrow handpiece Lite (30885-1/30885-2)  1 year or 5 million shocks, whichever occurs first.
  • The warranty for the shock transmitters is 1 year or 1 million shocks, whichever occurs first.

Chattanooga FSW:

  • Intelect Focus Shockwave (21090) device. This warranty shall remain in effect for 2 years from the date of original consumer purchase.
  • The warranty for the Chattanooga LT Sepia F-SW (19000) and  C-Actor Sepia F-SW (16940.1001) handpiece is 1 year or 1 million shocks, whichever occurs first
  • The warranty for the F-SW standoffs is 1 year or 1 million shocks, whichever occurs first

Storz Medical RPW’s:

  • MASTERPULS MP200 ULTRA (19576.01) and MASTERPULS MP100 ULTRA (23232.01) devices. This warranty shall remain in effect for 2 years from the date of original consumer purchase.
  • The warranty for the Storz RPW Falcon (41700.1001) handpiece is 1 year or 1 million shocks, whichever occurs first.
  • The warranty for the shock transmitters is 1 year or one million shocks, whichever occurs first

Storz FSW:

  • DUOLITH SD1 T-TOP F-SW ULTRA (21362.01) device. This warranty shall remain in effect for 2 years from the date of original consumer purchase.
  • The warranty for the Storz Sepia F-SW (22800.0001) and C-Actor Sepia F-SW (25750.0001) handpiece is 1 year or 1 million shocks, whichever occurs first
  • The warranty for the F-SW standoffs is 1 year or 1 million shocks, whichever occurs first

Chattanooga Electrotherapy:

  • Intelect Neo 6001 – 2 years from the date of original consumer purchase.  ( Applicators – 1 year).
  • Mobile Electrotherapy Products (Intelect Mobile Ultrasound 2776, Intelect Mobile Laser 2779, - Intelect Mobile Combo 2778, Intelect Mobile Stim 2777) – 3 years from the date of original consumer purchase. (Applicators – 1 year).
  • Intelect Advanced – Intelect Advanced Mono Combo 2772MC, Intelect Advanced Colour Combo with EMG 2762CC – 3 years from the date of original consumer purchase. (Applicators – 1 year).
  • Intelect Mobile 2 Range - Ultrasound 15-1201, Intelect Mobile 2 Combo 15-1205, Intelect Mobile 2 Stim 15-1205 – 2 years from the date of original consumer purchase. (Applicators – 1 year).
  • VitalStim Plus – 2 years from the date of original consumer purchase. (*the warranty period for the accessories shipped with the unit is 180 days.)

Chattanooga Traction:

  • Tru-Trac Traction 4779 / Triton Traction with EMG 4798 / Triton Traction 4749 – 2 years warranty (*the warranty period for the accessories shipped with the unit is 180 days.)

Cattanooga HPL7/HPL15 Laser:

  • High Power Laser (Intelect HPL7 2879, Intelect HPL15 2979) - 2 years from the date of original consumer purchase. (*the warranty period for the accessories shipped with the unit is 180 days.)

Chattanooga Hot & Cold:

  • Hydrocollators/Hotpacs/Coldpacs – 1 year

Artromot CPM:

  • Main Unit – 2 years
  • Accessories – 1 year

Compex:

  • Remote/Handpiece – 2 years standard (3 years with registration)
  • Accessories – 1 year

Chattanooga Montane Tables:

  • Frame/Motor/Gas struts – 2 years
  • Vinyl/Cushion – 1 year

Chattanooga Tables:

  • Frame/Vinyl – 5 years
  • Motor – 3 years
  • Gas strut – 2 years
  • Foot pedal – 1 year

Dr Comfort

Enovis warrants to the customer that any Dr. Comfort or BluPrint products purchased will be free from defects in materials and workmanship for a period of 6 months. The warranty period commences on the date of shipment. Enovis’s obligation for this Limited Warranty is to repair or replace a defective product at no charge to the customer, or to credit customer’s account for the purchase price paid for the defective product, at Enovis’s discretion, which is customer’s exclusive remedy..
